Introduction

IEEE WIE BPIT is a dynamic affinity group dedicated to empowering women in engineering through various initiatives. Our activities focus on research, community building, mentorship, and advocacy, providing members with opportunities to enhance their skills, expand their networks, and make a ositive difference in their fields.

We envision a future where women in engineering are recognized for their innovation, leadership, and transformative impact on society. Our vision is to create a vibrant and inclusive community where women thrive, collaborate, and lead the way in shaping the future of engineering.

Mission

Our mission at IEEE WIE BPIT is to foster a supportive environment that empowers women in engineering and technology fields. We are committed to promoting gender diversity, professional growth, and impactful contributions to the engineering community.

 

Objectives

1.  Research Excellence:

  • Encourage and support women-led research initiatives across various engineering

  • Provide resources and platforms for showcasing and disseminating research findings.

  • Foster interdisciplinary collaborations to address complex challenges and drive

  • Cultivate a supportive and inclusive community where women feel valued, respected, and
